Tempe, Arizona - April 14, 2009 - ITC has signed a distribution agreement with the John P Kummer Group for the Probilt range of probe card analysis systems. The JPK group has many years of experience in supplying and supporting probe card analysis systems throughout Europe. As part of the distribution contract new and existing ITC customers will have access to support from Sam Waggoner, JPK's European Applications Manager, who has considerable experience in this area.

Both companies look forward to increasing ITC's market share in Europe. The JPK group has sales offices in France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
